Radhika Gupta 是一位充满热情和奉献精神的国际象棋棋手。她从2013年开始学习国际象棋，并从2016年开始参加比赛。迄今为止，她已经参加了100多场地区、州和全国级别的比赛。通过这些比赛，她赢得了多个奖项，其中包括在全美国际象棋锦标赛14岁以下组别中获得第5名。她多年来师从国际象棋大师Alex Betaneli，并得到Alex的推荐加入我们中校国际象棋班担任主教练。Radhika还协助在当地图书馆为孩子们开设国际象棋课程，并有教授小朋友多学科的经验。

Radhika Gupta is a passionate and dedicated chess player. She started learning chess in 2013 and has been playing competitively since 2016. She has played in over 100 regional, state, and national tournaments. Through this, she has earned multiple awards, including placing 5th at the All Girls National Chess Tournament in the under-14 category. She has studied under the international master, Alex Betaneli, for multiple years. Radhika has assisted in running chess lessons at the local library for kids and has experience teaching younger kids in multiple subjects.

除了优秀的下棋经历，Radhika 目前就读于Middleton高中11年级，她目前的GPA为4.00，并已修读了多门AP课程，如微积分AB和计算机科学A。除了学业，她还参与多个俱乐部，如HOSA（未来健康职业学生组织）、未来商业领袖、未来问题解决者和辩论队。通过参与这些俱乐部，她已获得了三次参加国际会议的资格。在校外，她还参加了机器人竞赛和中提琴演奏等不同的课外活动。

In addition to playing chess, Radhika is also attending Middleton High School. She currently has a 4.00 unweighted GPA and has taken multiple AP classes such as Calculus AB and Computer Science A. In addition to her course work, she is involved in various clubs such as HOSA, Future Business Leaders of America, Future Problem Solvers, and Debate. Through her involvement in these clubs, she has qualified for three international conferences. Outside of school, she participates in different extracurricular activities including robotics and playing the viola.

Radhika 为我们国际象棋班的课程作了规范的教学计划，每周都安排了不同的课堂内容，不仅会专注于教学生学习新的内容，同时也会复习之前学到的东西。课程中还会安排对弈时间和解谜活动。

Radhika has planned lessons for each week with various activities, focusing on new concepts each week while also reviewing previous concepts learned. There will time for matches and puzzles for the students.
