祖天琦老师大学期间主修英文，能讲一口流利的英语，也能说一口标准的普通话。她已通过考核获得了马立平中文HCC教师资格认证。祖老师有两个可爱的女儿，并在女儿的启发下逐渐成长为一名备受家长和小朋友喜爱的英文老师，在网上教小朋友英文。祖老师喜欢称自己为“布恩老师”，因为她觉得这样的称呼更亲切，更能拉近和学生的关系。祖老师也是一个自媒体人，她创建了自己的微信视频号，经常会创作有趣的英文教育视频免费分享给大家。除此之外，祖老师还很喜欢读儿童绘本，唱儿歌。她也酷爱写故事，并希望有一天能写出小朋友喜爱的儿童绘本。

Ms. Zu majored in English in college and can speak fluent English as well as standard Mandarin. She has completed the training and obtained the Ma Liping Chinese HCC teacher certification. Ms. Zu has two lovely daughters. She has gradually grown into a popular online English teacher loved by both children and parents under the inspiration of her daughters. Ms. Zu prefers to be called “Ms. Buen,” as in her opinion, it is more casual and can build a close relationship with students. Ms. Zu created her own WeChat Channel and regularly posts free and entertaining educational videos. She also enjoys reading Children’s books and singing children’s songs. Meanwhile, she loves writing stories, and hopes to write a children’s picture book one day.

对于教学生，祖老师有自己的心得体会。她认为每个学生都是独一无二的，而且每个孩子都有自己独特的学习方式。在这种教育理念的支持下，祖老师擅长把不同的教学元素设计到课堂中，极大地调动起不同学习者的兴趣。

Ms. Zu has her own experience and thoughts regarding teaching. She believes that every student is unique and that every child has their special way of learn-ing. Bearing this in mind, Ms. Zu prefers to implement different elements into the classroom so that all types of learners can be engaged and entertained during class.

祖老师还是一名终身学习的践行者。她对西班牙语有着浓厚的兴趣，因此在积极地自学西班牙语。她酷爱钢琴，并在努力自学中。她喜欢经常给自己充电，学习先进的教学理念和方法，努力让自己成为一名越来越优秀的老师。

Besides, Ms. Zu is a lifelong learner. She has a great passion for Spanish and is actively teaching herself Spanish. She loves the piano and is working hard on it. She often enjoys enriching herself by taking online classes to learn advanced teaching philosophy and methods, and strives to become a better teacher.
