张小梅老师拥有国际汉语高级教师资格证，同时也是马立平中文HCC认证教师及中国暨南大学认证华文教师，张老师在国内就一直进行对外汉语教学工作，在美期间继续从事中文教学，会针对儿童学习中文的特殊性编制绘本和制作各种趣味性教案，启发引导学生喜爱学习中文，喜爱中国文化。

Zhang, Xiaomei, International Chinese teachers have senior teacher certificates, the Ma Liping HCC certification in teaching Chinese and Jinan University certification. At her home in the United States, Xiaomei has been instructing students in the Chinese language. She continues to focus on the unique needs of young learners of the language by using picture books and creating unique engaging lesson plans, as well as motivating and guiding students to enjoy learning the Chinese language and about the Chinese culture.

张小梅老师是一位非常有爱心的老师，教学经验丰富，教学模式新颖贯通，包括教授学生在听力、阅读、会话 和写作等全方面的学习，并在课堂上会让学生自主参与，开展各类互动学习的方式。在教学的同时，张老师还积极参加各项华文教师专业培训学习，努力提升自己的专业水平，创新自己的教育理念，调整自己的教育思路，为每一位学生创出一片美好的未来。

Ms. Zhang is an innovative educator with a wealth of classroom experience. She encourages independent participation in class and uses a variety of interactive teaching techniques while instructing students in all facets of learning, including conversation, reading, listening, and writing. Ms. Zhang actively participates in numerous professional development courses for Chinese teachers, in addition to her work as a teacher, in an effort to advance her career, innovate her educational theories, modify her educational thinking, and ensure that every student has a bright future.
