Madison Fine Arts Chinese School Spring 2022 semester will begin on January 16th, 2022, and end on May 22nd, 2022. There will be no class on April 17th for Easter. Spring 2020 will be 19 weeks in duration with 18 weeks of instructions. All classes are held on Sunday afternoons between 1:15 PM and 5:15 PM.

 

The following is the schedule for all the classes offered in Spring 2022:

Additional fees:

 

1. There is a $30 miscellaneous fee for each class, which includes additional learning materials such as exercise books, flashcards, art materials, chess supplies, performance costumes, etc. 

 

2. The textbook fee for Chinese classes is $50, $43 for Chinese K (only new students need to submit the textbook fee for this semester).

 

Discounts:

 

1. There is a 5% discount for families who register for a total of 2 classes ($450 x 2 x 0.95 = $855) ; 8% discount for families who register for a total of 3 classes ($450 x 3 x 0.92 = $1242) and 10% discount for families who register for a total of 4 classes ($450 x 4 x 0.9 = $1620).

 

2. The $30 miscellaneous fee will be waived for all registrations and payments received before December 22, 2021. (Note: Textbook fee for new students cannot be waived).

Notes:

1. All teachers, students, and parents who enter the school are required to wear masks, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the school.

 

2. The School Board will continue to closely monitor the situation with the pandemic. If and when necessary for the safety of our students, teachers, and staff, the school may decide to continue the semester as virtual learning for all teachers and students with prior notification.
