童心艺术中文学校2024年秋季学期即将在中秋佳节之际，于本周日9月15日正式开学！我们热烈欢迎加入童心中校的新同学们，以及所有重返童心校园继续学习的老同学们！请老同学们带上你的童心中校专用书包， 新同学们直接来校领取新书包和课本。我们中校还为每位学生准备了中秋节小礼品哦！

  The 2024 Fall Semester of Madison Fine Arts Chinese School (MFACS) will officially begin on Sunday, September 15th, just in time for the Mid-Autumn Festival! We warmly welcome all new students joining us this semester, as well as our returning students who are coming back to continue their studies! Returning students, please bring your designated MFACS backpacks, and new students can collect their new backpacks and textbooks directly at our school. We have also prepared a special Mid-Autumn Festival gift for each of our students!

  我们童心大家庭的全体员工已在8月24日齐聚一堂，举行了2024年秋季学期的学前会议。会议开始，黄校长和尚校长详细布置了开学前的各项准备工作，阐明了新学年的教师守则、助教守则、校舍管理规定及各项奖励制度。而后，我校资深教师姜老师和张老师分别分享了她们丰富的教学经验，与新老教师们共同研讨教学方法。会议气氛热烈，大家对新的学期充满了期待。

  On August 24th, all of our staff members gathered for the 2024 Fall Semester pre-opening meeting. At the start of the meeting, Principal Huang and Principal Shang provided a detailed overview of the preparations for the new semester, outlining the Teacher and Teaching Assistant Guidelines, School Building Management Rules, and various reward systems for the upcoming academic year. Following this, our experienced teachers, Ms. Jiang and Ms. Zhang, shared their extensive teaching experience and collaborated with both new and returning teachers to discuss teaching methods. The atmosphere was lively, and everyone was filled with anticipation for the new semester.

  本次会议还介绍了新加入童心大家庭的UW经济系教授史老师及新开设的奥数班，火爆的新班报名激发了全体教师们的积极探讨。而年轻有为的国际象棋班新教师Redhika也分享了她对教学的期待和积极的责任感，赢得了大家的阵阵掌声。

  The meeting also introduced Professor Shi, from the UW Department of Economics, who has joined MFACS to teach the newly-established Olympiad Math class. The popularity of this new class sparked active discussion among all the teachers. Additionally, our talented new teacher of the Chess class, Redhika, shared her expectations for teaching and her strong sense of responsibility, receiving warm applause from everyone.

  童心的校董们带领着青少年助教团队，认真研读助教守则、分享经验、互相鼓励、干劲十足。五位热情洋溢的新任助教都纷纷表达了他们激动的心情，并承诺在新的学期里，将全力以赴，协助任课老师，为童心的学生们创造一个更好的学习环境。

  The school board members led the teaching assistant team in a thorough study of the Teaching Assistant Guidelines, sharing experiences, encouraging each other, and demonstrating great enthusiasm. The five new teaching assistants, full of energy and excitement, expressed their commitment to fully supporting the classroom teachers in the new semester and creating a better learning environment for our students.

  此次会议充分展示了童心中校全体教职人员的认真负责和合作的精神。目前，我们的任课老师和助教们已经做好了充分的开学准备。所有任课老师都已顺利完成HCC教师资格认证，并制定了详尽的秋季学期教学计划。童心中校的老师们将以最好的状态迎接新的学年！

  This meeting fully demonstrated the dedication and collaborative spirit of all staff members. Our teachers and teaching assistants of each class have completed the preparations for the upcoming school year. All the teachers have successfully completed their HCC teaching certifications and have developed comprehensive lesson plans for the fall semester. Our teachers will embark on the new academic year with their best efforts!
