黄萍老师非常热爱教育事业,热爱中华文化和艺术,她有丰富的教学和办学经验,是有30多年教龄的专业教师,黄老师拥有幼师专业高级教师证和美术专业特级教师证及国际华文教师资格证。黄萍是童心艺术中文学校的创办人并担任校长兼任老师。
Ping Huang loves being an educator and is passionate about Chinese Culture and Art. She has more than 30 years of experience in teaching and school administration. Ping holds an Advanced Level Certificate for Kindergarten Teacher, Special Certificate for Art Education, and International Chinese Teacher Certification. Ping is the founder and principal of Madison Fine Arts Chinese School.
黄老师在中国曾任湖北省少儿书画研究会常务理事,省少儿书画艺术学校,市模特之星艺校及武汉市青少年宫特聘美术、舞蹈、电子琴教师及小学语文、美术老师等职务,并于1990年连续创办了两所幼儿园及一所艺术学校。在黄老师的带领下,学生们多次在世界、全国、省市各级书画、舞蹈、朗诵、电子琴、童装表演等大赛中获奖;童心幼儿园和童心艺术学校常年被评为先进教育单位;黄老师也获颁全国一等书画园丁奖、湖北省特等园丁奖、武汉市多届热爱儿童奖及省市先进教师等荣誉称号。
In China, Ping was the managing director for the Hubei Children Calligraphy and Painting Research Association.She also taught at the Children Calligraphy School, Modeling School, and served as a special appointed teacher for art, dance, keyboard, language at Wuhan Children Center. In 1990, Ping opened 2 preschools (Tongxin Preschool) and an art school (Tongxin Arts School). Many of Ping’s students participated and won awards in various international, national, province and city levels competitions for calligraphy, dance, recitals, keyboards, and children’s fashion show. Tongxin Preschool and Tongxin Art School have won various recognition as excellent youth education programs. Ping has earned many national, province and city level honors as an outstanding educator in children programs, Chinese Calligraphy and Painting.
黄老师来美国后,将童心教育带到了威斯康星州麦迪逊市。她曾在麦城多所中文学校、国际幼儿园、国际活动中心及美国中学和小学教孩子们中文和艺术课程,受到学校和家长们的肯定和好评。2000年正式开办了麦城童心艺术幼儿园,2002年又开办了童心艺术中文学校,取得了显著的成绩。多年来,黄老师执着地追求教育事业,不断创新,不断努力发展, 对学生们注重因材施教, 对教师们注重专业培训,对学校注重长远规划。不论在中国还是在美国,发展中文教育,弘扬中华文化,开拓艺术天地,让办学能更加规范化,品质化,特色化……都是黄萍校长在教育事业上坚持不懈的目标和孜孜不倦的追求!
Coming to the United States, Ping brought with her "Tongxin" program to Madison, Wisconsin. she had taught at different Chinese schools, preschools, activity centers, including elementary and middle schools. She opened Madison Fine Arts Children Center in 2000, followed by Madison Fine Arts Chinese School in 2002. Ping has always persisted in pursuing her passion in education and continuously innovate and grow. For the students, Ping makes sure on individualized instruction based on student’s needs. For the teachers, Ping makes sure the teachers have continuous professional development. For the school, Ping focuses on long term strategy and growth. Whether in China or the United States, assuring the quality and standards of Madison (Tongxin) Fine Arts Chinese School is part of Ping’s relentless pursuit in developing Chinese language education, promoting Chinese culture, and broadening the reach of arts.
