李薇老师是一位拥有丰富教学、课程设计和教育管理经验的中文与书法教育工作者。她毕业于师范教育专业，曾在小学担任语文教师、班主任及年级组长，长期从事语文教学、学生管理、教学协调以及青年教师指导工作。她注重根据学生不同的年龄、性格和学习特点进行因材施教，善于通过互动式、启发式的教学方式培养学生的阅读、写作、语言表达能力、自信心和学习兴趣。

Vivian Li is an experienced Chinese language and calligraphy educator with a background in teaching, curriculum development, and educational leadership. Trained in education, she began her career as an elementary school Chinese teacher and later served as a homeroom teacher and grade-level leader, where she also supported curriculum coordination and mentored new teachers. Vivian believes that every student learns differently. She tailors her teaching to each child’s age, personality, and learning needs, using interactive and engaging lessons to build strong reading, writing, and communication skills while encouraging confidence and motivation to learn.

李老师在多年的教学实践中，形成了将语言学习与文化教育相结合的教学特色。她还拥有十余年中国书法教学经验，擅长楷书、行书，并将书法、中国文学、历史、国学经典及中华传统文化融入课堂。她尤其重视循序渐进和趣味教学，根据不同年龄和基础调整课程内容与教学方法，让学生在轻松而有秩序的学习环境中提升书法技巧、专注力、创造力以及对中华文化的理解与兴趣。作为马立平中文教材认证教师，她也注重将系统的中文教学理念与自身丰富的课堂实践相结合，为学生建立扎实而持续的中文学习基础。

Over the years, Vivian has developed a distinctive teaching approach that combines language education and Chinese culture together. With more than ten years of experience teaching and practicing Chinese calligraphy, she specializes in regular script (Kaishu) and running script (Xingshu). She weaves calligraphy together with Chinese literature, history, classical studies, and traditional culture. Her calligraphy classes are structured, engaging, and tailored to students of different ages and skill levels. Through step-by-step instruction, she helps students develop not only their calligraphy skills, but also focus, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for Chinese culture. As a certified teacher of the Ma Liping Chinese curriculum, Vivian combines its structured approach to Chinese language learning with her years of classroom experience, helping students build a strong foundation and develop the skills and confidence to continue learning Chinese for years to come.

除了课堂教学之外，李老师还拥有丰富的教育组织、领导及培训经验。她长期策划和推动中华文化教育及社区文化项目，组织文化讲座、公益课程、书法体验和互动学习活动。在这些工作中，她不仅承担课程与活动设计，也注重团队协作、人才培养和经验分享，希望通过持续的培训与交流帮助更多教育工作者和学习者共同成长。

Beyond the classroom, Vivian also brings extensive experience in educational leadership, program development, and teacher training. She has organized and led a variety of Chinese cultural and community programs, from cultural talks and community classes to calligraphy workshops and interactive learning activities. She also enjoys mentoring and collaborating with fellow educators, sharing ideas and experiences that help both teachers and students continue to learn and grow.

李老师在教学和书法领域曾多次获得国家、省、市级奖项，包括全国语文教学大赛一等奖、江西省语文教学大赛一等奖、上饶市语文教学大赛一等奖及青年教师书法比赛一等奖等。她还曾担任上饶市女子书画协会创会会长，并担任上饶师范学院创新创业导师。多年来，无论是作为一线教师、教学管理者，还是文化教育项目的组织者，李老师始终坚持以学生成长为中心，以专业教学为基础，以中华文化为纽带，在教育中不断学习、创新和分享。她希望在童心中文艺术学院继续发挥中文教学、书法教育、课程设计和教师协作方面的经验，与学校共同营造富有文化内涵、充满活力的学习环境，帮助更多孩子提升中文能力、感受书法之美，并建立对中华文化持久而真切的兴趣。

Vivian has been recognized at the national, provincial, and municipal levels for her work in Chinese language teaching and calligraphy. Her honors include first-place awards in Chinese language teaching competitions at the national level, in Jiangxi Province, and in Shangrao, as well as a first-place award in a calligraphy competition for young teachers. She also served as the founding president of the ShangraoWomen’s Calligraphy and Painting Association and as an innovation and entrepreneurship mentor at Shangrao Normal University.

Throughout her career as a classroom teacher, educational leader, and organizer of cultural programs, Vivian has remained focused on helping students grow through thoughtful teaching and meaningful connections to Chinese language and culture. At MFACS, she looks forward to bringing her experience in Chinese language teaching, calligraphy, curriculum development, and teacher collaboration to the school community. Her goal is to help create a vibrant and culturally rich learning environment where children can strengthen their Chinese, discover the beauty of calligraphy, and develop a genuine and lasting appreciation for Chinese culture.
