Madison Fine Arts Chinese School 2022 Fall semester will begin on September 11th and end on December 18th, 2022. There will be no class on November 27th for Thanksgiving. Fall 2022 will be 15 weeks in duration with 14 weeks of instructions.
All classes are held on Sunday afternoons between 1:15 and 5:15 PM, including Chinese, Arts, Chess, and English Reading and Writing for a total of 13 classes.

Additional fees:
1. There is $30 miscellaneous fee for each class, covering all the additional learning materials not included in the Chinese textbook packet, assignment books, flash cards, various drawing papers, art materials, painting supplies, chess supplies and costumes etc.
2. The textbook packet fee for each Chinese class is $60 ($53 for Chinese K). This is a group discounted price purchased before August 15th. For inquiries on the textbook packet prices, please refer to the links below:

Discounts:
1. There is 5% discount for families that register for a total of 2 or more classes: (2 classes $370x2x0.95=$703) (3 classes $370x3x0.95=$1054.5)
(4 classes $370x4x0.95=$1406) and so on.
2. The $30 miscellaneous fee is waived if register and pay tuitions before June 30th, 2022.
3. The group discounted textbook packet price is valid for all registrations with paid tuitions before August 15th, 2022.
4. Students who have enrolled in our school for one year can apply one leave of absence per semester as tuition credit toward the next semester. Students who have studied in our school for two or more years can apply two leave of absences as tuition credit. The school will not refund tuition due to leave of absence.
Registration:
1. 2022 Fall semester registration starts from May 25th for the current students. We accept online payment via. Zelle. Please write your student’s English full name(s) and class(es) registered as a note in Zelle payment.

2. New student registration starts from June 1st, 2022. Please click the Registration From link below, complete and sign the registration form, and mail it to the address below together with your payment check payable to “Fine Arts Chinese School”:

3. If registering after July 1st, 2022, please contact the school to check for class availability. (Miscellaneous fee of $25 is required at that time). If the school needs to order additional textbook packets, the personal order price will apply after July 1st, 2022. (Refer to the textbook packet fee links in Additional fees for details.)

Notes:
1. The tuition above is based on a minimum of 4 students per class. Classes with less than 4 students may be canceled or applied with higher tuition fees.
2. We offer a free trial class to new student under one of the following methods:
(1) Contact the school to attend a free trial class in previous semester, then register for next semester if satisfied with the class.
(2) If the student has registered and paid the full tuition, but decides to withdraw after attending the first class, the school will refund the entire payment minus $10 administrative fee. (Note that the student should not use the textbook packet during the first free trial class unless he/she decides to continue for the rest of the semester.)
(3) Student may directly come to the first class of the new semester for a trial. If the student decides to continue, he/she may register onsite and submit payment for the tuition plus $25 miscellaneous fee on the first day of class. Note that in this case the student will need to self-purchase the textbook packet. (Refer to the textbook packet fee links in Additional fees.) If the class is fully registered, we will cancel the free-trial offer for this class.
3. After the second class started, all tuition and fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may include family relocation during the semester. Please contact the principal to discuss arrangements.
4. Returning students do not need to complete a new registration form. Please write the student’s English full name(s) and class(es) registered in the note of Zelle payment or on the check. New students must complete the registration form below.
5. The school will continue to closely monitor the pandemic situation. If it becomes worse, the school may decide to postpone classes or continue the semester as virtual learning. As long as the pandemic is going on, all students, parents, teachers, and staff who enter the school must wear masks. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the school.
